Our Services

Plan and Design Implementation

A retirement plan has many components and objectives to meet for the company and the employees. We work with the company and their team to pick and choose the right plan for your business, what features should be selected in the plan, searching for and choosing the vendor that will provide the platform for the plan to implementing those from start to finish.

Onsite Participant Services

Employees are the lifeblood of a company, and a 401k plan is a great benefit for them to save for retirement. We provide onsite services to educate employees about their specific plan, enroll into the plan and understand how to access their benefit. In addition, we help offboard employees who want to move their money out at time of
termination.

Recordkeeper Search and Plan Oversight

A 401k and retirement plan have annual responsibilities to achieve and report on in order to be compliant. A recordkeeper is a service that provides those services. We work alongside our employers to interview and retain the proper recordkeeper for those services. Lastly, G9 meets with the employer each year to review the health of the plan and discuss any changes that need to be made.
