We collect this nonpublic data directly from you, our clients, through enrollment forms and files, annual year end census requests, requests for proposals and illustrations, as well as from third parties that provide related services to you that we need to effectively provide our administrative and compliance work.

Sharing of Personal, Nonpublic Data

We may share data with related service providers as authorized by you and as permitted or required by law. This may include providing census to an actuary to prepare benefit illustrations, to a Certified Public Account to
